[HM] Problem importing Excel file from Office 2001 to 2004

I have an Excel database file that I did in Office 2001.  I opened Office
2004, Teacher edition, and imported the file. I have 2 problems.

1. The words in the custom header do not show up in the custom header box so
that I can edit them. I tried doing it from page set up and from  choosing
header/footer from the menu. Neither worked. Then I just tried typing in
words and they show up right over what is already there! What am I doing
wrong?

2. When I printed the page, it printed the whole file, but only took up
about 25% of the paper! I did not change any of the settings. How do I fix
this?
