The actual and correct quote symbols are gotten in a different way .<BR>
<BR>
“ [opt – left bracket<BR>
” [shift-opt-left bracket<BR>
‘ ]opt right bracket<BR>
’ ]shift opt right bracket<BR>
<BR>
These are the ‘real’ quotes that should be used.<BR>
