FCP 3.0.4 Download

In order to update FCP 3.0.2  to 3.0.4 I went to the download site. 

The Registration Number field would not accept my (case sensitive) entry ("Invalid number" error) - actually have two FCP Reg numbers - one for 1.25 and another probably for the 3.0 Upgrade disk. Anyway, neither works.

Spent time looking for a place to contact on the Apple site. No joy.  'Need a link or address to contact  Apple about this incident?
