New iDVD ThemePAKs and a question about creating custom ones yourself

They are very nicely done.   I wonder, though, if there's a way to 
create my own custom "frames" for the clips and import them myself?  I 
can't seem to find any options for doing this within the program - is 
there a backdoor approach or something that needs to be coded to get 
this to work?
