Copying iDVD made DVD disks

I am a newcomer and this may be a very naive question. I have made
several home movie DVDs with iDVD. I did not save the quicktime movies
due to lack of hard disk space. Now some relatives would like copies
of the DVDs. Do I have to start over?
Thanks, Nelson Westmoreland
