[MacDV] Video compression

Exporting for iDVD does not compress your video with MPEG-2.
It merely creates a full-quality Quicktime video suitable
for MPEG-2 compression. 30 minutes will fit fine on a DVD
after compression--but not before. Use iDVD, not Toast for
this.
