Dramatica

Dramatica is just for story development, though it has ties to some 
screenwriting software. It helps you avoid pitfalls of screenwriting, 
but I've played with it and find it useful to a point, but staying 
close to it moves you toward a wooden if not predictable story line. 
Always keep your own creativity ahead of any "helper" tools.
