[MacDV] Better support : Canon or Sony

I haven't looked at Sony's site, but I was just figuring out which
digital camera I wanted, and I was impressed with the Mac information
on Canon's site. E.g. a link from the camera specification pages to
an entire page about various ways of downloading images from a Canon
PowerShot to a Mac (including the Mac OS requirements for each method)
at http://www.powershot.com/powershot2/customer/macosx.html, full Mac
information on the drivers download page, etc. I got the feeling that
Macs are fully supported by Canon, not an afterthought.
