DVR-105 v. DVR-106

Looks like currently I can get a Pioneer DVR-106 for about $180USD or so shipped
(U.S.)(forget URL but got it on http://www.pricewatch.com ).

Any real benefits of that drive over the DVR-105 ?  I will be putting it in as
Master in my Dual 867 and moving the combo drive in there currently to slave or
to another machine.

Machine incompatibilities, iLife Issues, etc.  Thanks, on DIGEST, so a CC: would
be great. I plan to buy this week, uh well, hopefully  :)
