I do have to admit I have not told Roxio about my problem yet. I hadn't
used it much before they came out with the latest update so I didn't
know the extent of the problem, I was hoping the update would have fixed
it. I will send them a note this week. I have looked on their forums but
no response there either.

Have you reported the bug to the Toast guys?   They only fix bugs they

know about.
What response did they give?
