Not. >From what I gather, it's only limitation is that it can only work with DV video -- so there are no or uncompressed capabilities in Final Cut Express. So since it's geared towards the "prosumer" market, it's given a "prosumer" price. And if you only plan on working with DV source material, then it should work fine. I actually got a copy at work (traded in our copy of Premiere), but have not yet had a chance to use it (I'm still using my personal copy of FCP 3 since it's already installed). - Mark
