The worst thing I've noticed so far is that you can't click on the 
"scrubber" tabs without moving them. This means that you can't adjust 
them and look alternatively at one and the other before making a cut. 
At least I haven't figured out a way to do it conveniently. In iMovie 
2, I hated the way the scrubbers aren't there until you "drag" below 
the timeline, but at least they were functional.
