Using Xoptimize

Xooptimize was a good tool to prebind files in OS X 10.x. However, the
author has indicated there is no need for using in OS X 10.2 as the
operating systems performs this function.
Quote from the author:

Updated the Product Page URL to point to an article explaining why updating
of prebinding is no longer necessary under 10.2 and explaining the realities
of prebinding (i.e. why there was never a need to update prebinding on a
regular basis, what exactly prebinding does and doesn't do, etc.).

This will be the last version of Xoptimize unless there is some need to
change the source in the context of its role as a developer example.
