[MacDV] Unsubscribe

I just read the list instruction for you. Quit sending WAG (wild ass guess)
commands to all subscribers of the list. Instead, follow directions, and
send a single message to this command address:

  <<MacDV-OFF at lists.themacintoshguy.com >>

Hint: it only works if you send the e-mail from the account subscribed to
the list. No list server can associate a command from <doofus at hotmail.com>
to some random subscribed address like <smitty at us.net>.
