iMovie2 divorces QT5!

I just updated iMovie 2.0.1 to 2.1.1 and now I can no longer export to
QuickTime. I'm able to export to camera. I'm able to export for iDVD,
but when I try and select QuickTime from the pop-up menu, the entire
'Export' dialogue box disappears and I'm back in iMovie.

I reinstalled QuickTime but it still gives iMovie the cold shoulder.

Beige G3 MiniTower @ 300MHz
System 9.2.2
iMovie 2.1.1
QuickTime Pro 5.0.2

Any suggestions on how to get this marriage back on track? (No snide
remarks about iMovie2 being jealous of iMovie3...)
