I had this problem with a 80 minute video. I split the video and still had the problem. Could not either exported to MiniDV. Process stopped. Finally got both on DVD and from there to 2 MiniDV's. I have plenty of RAM, old 400 GH G4 and a second "video" hard drive. Worked fine previously with shorter video's.
