That's what I thought. Now all we have to hope is that the person with the problem follows this string so you two can work out what he/she is doing wrong to not be able to do the previews. Pat, it's a good idea to include the post you refer to when you make a post. IE the one from the person who couldn't see the previews with his/her system so we can keep following the progress of the problem until it's resolved. I found it.
