storage

Hello,  my name is Claudia and I am new to this list so I hope I am
e-mailing this correctly.
I have a macintosh 9600 and would like to add DV removable storage.  I
need a lot of storage for images and video clips and would like to have
the removables because my video raid recently failed and I may have lost
a lot of data.  Does anyone know what I can use.  I would like to use
4.5G removable disks.
