[MacDV] iDVD encoding questions

I am not an expert. But the iDVD 2 menu says 60 minutes until you go 
over that time when it will switch to saying 90 minutes. My guess is 
that it has two fixed compression rates. One for up to 60 minutes a 
higher rate for beyond 60 and up to 90. But I'm only guessing. Anyone 
know for sure?
