I'm pretty new to this, but AFAIK that's about as good as you get with 
VCD. If you want higher resolution you need to go to SVCD or DVD. I'm 
still trying to figure out the best/simplest way to get from iMovie to 
SVCD, so if anyone has any pointers, I'd appreciate it.
