[MacDV] Copying my DVDSP disk

Several ways. Here are two.

Easiest: Put in the disk. Choose "Copy" from Toast & go.

Redoable: Create a disk image of the appropriate size using
diskcopy, copy to that image and then burn with toast. This
lets you reburn without recreating the image.
