DVD-R Media

Thankyou to those who responded to my query re cheaper DVD-R media.

I have visited the recommended site and although the discs are well 
priced the minimum freight charge for an international order is $US42.  
I had a similar experience recently when endeavouring to order the 
forthcoming iLife book by Jim Heid.   In that case the freight was 
$US30 (for a $US20 book).    I finally ordered the book from Amazon 
where the book price was the same and the freight was $US11.    It 
seems that most mail order houses do not want to be bothered with 
international sales.

Getting back to DVD-R media; I decided to use the Google search 
facility in Safari and managed to locate a warehouse in Canberra A.C.T. 
(Technology Warehouse Australia) which had 50 disc spindles for $A152.  
This price incs. freight.    The brand is "MAXMAX" ...........has 
anyone had any experience with these?
