You're really pressing your luck trying to make a Beige G4 upgraded Mac from 1998 work with 2003 software. 5 years is a lot of computer time. You might want to think about biting the bullet and advancing to the next bottom of the line Mac Tower which will be a dual GHz for $1699 with a Combo drive. You can add your DVR-104 and be off to the races. Maybe DVD Player 3.2 doesn't work on 66MHz bus Macs? But I'm just guessing. Have you tried reinstalling Jaguar?
