Equalizer is a plug in for Pro Tools from Serato Audio might work. It's
$300.

Go to Pro Tools at 
http://www.DigiDesign.com

They also have a free version of Pro Tools for download (but it's 40MB)

If you want more info on the plug in, click on the Pro Tools/24Mix link,
then click on Plug ins, then pick your OS and Noise Reduction from the drop
downs.
