Thanks again. Turns out that Apple won't let you order a system if you configure it with the 9700. So I decided to stick with the default 9000. I went to ATI's web site and they don't mention anything about the 9700 on the Mac pages. I'm really tempted to turn my old G4 back into an OS 9 (only) system if I can get the networking to work easily. The thing I hate about Classic is that my scroll wheel doesn't work. FrameMaker has no OS X option and that's what I use for a monthly newsletter. This way the new G4 can be dedicated to video and Photoshop.
