I keep insisting that all the Sony cameras use optical image 
stabilization. Others on the list say that Steady Shot is electronic 
image stabilization. I know you know. What's the right answer?

Dear Kunga,
The one question above about all Sony's having 
optical... is a sucker punch... the image stabilization 
is a Hy-Brid... and technically it can be argued that 
only the TRV900 had Optical and it states that... but
they are NOT electronic either so They can be
wrong as well...  It is a half-step and it is done because
it is cheaper but it is not a TRUE optical system...
call it a draw... they aren't right either on the Sony system.
