David - Something to consider - the resolution and fine detail of black and white (especially in movies like Casablanca) cannot be achieved with a camcorder. Black and white film was inherently higher resolution than color - coupled with people who knew how to shoot it, wow, it would jump off the screen. It had such texture that after awhile you forgot it wasn't color. > Black and white is used so little these days, except for an effect, that people often tend to forget how good it could look. (Look at the cinematography in "Casablanca", for instance.) Even though I have a camcorder that would be classified as a "toy" by well-financed professionals, I'm going to treat it the same as if I did have totally professional equipment and light and plan the shots accordingly. > -- KenMc - conmara at grandcanyonhiker.com http://www.grandcanyonhiker.com See our new video - 'Hiking the Grand Canyon - The Corridor Trails'
