[MacDV] iMovie 3 Fixes

A couple of pleasant surprises:

1) I'm sure I had one of those messed up slide icons and I don't see it anymore.

2) iMovie 2 has been bugging me about some files that didn't belong in
the project. iMovie 3 listed their names (a couple of cross dissolves),
so I finally let it trash them.
