Earthlink says the headers aren't their IP numbers so they won't look at it. Communigate Pro (the list $oftware from stalker software used by the MacDV list) strips off the headers, so you can't tell where the spam originates. This seems to make passing spam through a list like this one a reasonable tactic if you lack the skills to fake your IP yourself (and makes me glad I chose Mailman to run my own lists - it's free, and runs under OS X to boot!).
