[MacDV] Trade in, trade up offer

I hope to mail in my version of Premiere 4 today to get Final Cut 
Express.

I didn't notice any mention in the rebate/trade offer of limiting the 
offer to a specific version of Premiere.

So, in goes the unused copy I have to Apple for which I await Final Cut 
Express.
