I would call back and ask to speak to a supervisor about new bridges. You may have been talking to a rookie CS rep. That was an absurd reply. they should have some sort of trade up program for your bridges. ADS was amazing to give me a new set of FREE 911 bridges just for the asking. But I did pay $150 per case back at the beginning when they were over priced.
