putting Video on the Web

I am looking for advice examples for adding video on the web.. I have
cleaner and Sorenson to work with..

I can shoot it, edit it, compress it, but now I need to know how to put it
on the web.. Any and all information will be helpful..

What pitfalls to avoid, What size, and what length is ideal verse 2 long..

Also I as a mac User I going to use Quicktime and eventually Media player
But no Real..
