[Sound Soap]

Need some help here.

Back this winter someone from Orlando had offered Sound Soap because they
were not interested in moving to OS X. I had expressed an interest and we
completed the purchase up in Altamonte. I recently had finally got around to
trying to install it, and realized that I didn't have the serial number
paperwork on the inside of the box.

My Outlook Xpress crashed a few months ago, so my records don't go back that
far. 

I don't think I had taken any paperwork out of the box, but without it, Bias
will not register me or provide help in using the software. Is the person
that sold me the Sound Soap still monitoring this forum? Bias wants me to
provide your name and/or serial number.
