This came up in our user group and someone mentioned using Save As in Internet Explorer. I didn't get that to work, but have had success with right-clicking the movie link and choosing Download Link to Disk. I don't know if the movies were supposed to be protected, but the little triangle was not there. I was saving tutorials from dvgarage. Since the page is titled Tech TV Download Files, I assume they meant for you to download them.
