My experience has been that even if it's jerky on playback (EX: a 720x480 QT file rendered with Sorenson 3 on my 466, playing from a 7200 RPM ATA HD), it will burn into a DVD (with iDVD) with no problem, and lose all the jerkiness. Even title scrolls become smooth. jb
