[MacDV] OS X 10.2.4

Doesn't look like it. Going to support for Toast, the software 
downloads page only shows

Update Toast 5.0 Titanium or later to 5.2 (compatible with Mac OS 9.1 
and higher, including Mac OS 10.2 ) (dated October 2, 2002)
