There is no 100% way to do that.  There are plug-ins for Winamp that people
use for karaoke via MP3 that will knock the midrange down and vocals are
lowered but that affects the actual sound though.  Another way is using a
mixer to manually bring down vocals but again, you mess up part of the music
as well.
