I have a Canon XM1 video camera that does not have the "pass thru" facility. It has a minute "in/out" DV female plug connection. Would I need to locate a cable which has the DV male plug at one end and on the other, Left and Right audio plugs and a video plug for connecting to our Panasonic VCR? I have quite a bit of stuff from 1989 onwards which is stored on VHS and SVHS tapes and some reflect my early attempts at editing (shudder!). I would love to go in and do some serious re-editing on these. Thanks. Ian Tucker.
