acard installing

I bought an Acard ATA-133 AEC-6280M to add more hard drives for video 
storage.  The manual fails to mention where to hook up the power cord 
and where to put the drives.

Also the card is supposed to support up to 4 drives - would I have to 
buy another power cord and ribbon cable?

I already have 2 hard drives in the G4 400, and no SCSI drive.

But I do have a SCSI PCI card - is it compatible?

Any answers appreciated.
