Final Cut Express Manual and Book

I have got a copy of Final Cut Express, but I have no idea how to use 
it.

I am somewhat disappointed by the fact that FCE does not have a "Help" 
menu. To make matters worse, the evaluation copy I was given does not 
come with a manual, paper or PDF.

I tried Apple's Support pages but I could not find a downloadable 
manual for FCE. Any idea where I would be able to find one?

Also, I went to a couple of bookstores and computer stores looking for 
a FCE guidebook, but I found nothing. Have any guidebooks/users guiders 
been written for FCE yet?
