Hi Jim, Yes, albums, tapes even radio. Just remember never come out of your amp through your speaker connections. Very bad. Make sure it is always line level that goes in to the iMic. Another option that works is to get a 1/4" male to 1/8" male stereo cord and come right out of your headphone jack on the front of any of your components.
