Licensing for broadcast

Could someone out there tell me a ballpark fee from the licensing companies 
(ASCAP, BMI, etc,) for community access TV productions? I am performing a 
holiday show for the community, no charge, and wish to give it to the local cable 
access for their use. Is it possible to get a blanket, one time usage fee? 
These are traditional songs, Jingle bells, Silver Bells, Silent night and a few 
newer ones. Thanks for any direction you can spare.
