You don't need FCP.

DVD Studio Pro will do the job, easy easy easy.

In the Outline tab, Select Track 1.
Open the Inspector. Set the track to 16:9.
Set the end-jump to Tracks and Stories > Track > Track 1
(This assumes you want the thing to loop. Otherwise
leave it at not set).
Drag your iMovie reference movie from the Finder onto
Track 1 in the Outline tab.
In the Outline tab, select Disc.
Set the First Play to Track 1.

Burn.
