old movies persisting in iDVD

Thanks Erica. I did as you suggested and started over with the iDVD          
  side after completely finishing the iMovie side of things and then it      
    worked as it should. It certainly is frustrating that "delete" in        
      iDVD apparently means "little" to "not much" though :-)
