Screen action capture utility

What is the program for the Mac that does screen capture (with cursor
movement, selections, etc.|) and voice recording at the same time? Used a
lot for tutorial purposes. Are there inexpensive shareware versions?

Ah, I miss my memory, when I can remember having it....
