Writing in the shots (Final Draft 6)

Hi,

Can someone give me some tips here. I am working on my first screenplay 
on the Mac OS X version 6 of Final Draft. I know there is a spot for 
writing in shots but can someone point me to some resources or give 
examples a to what this looks like? I have really no idea of how to do 
this.
