Scott Ironically, I hadn't yet reinstalled Norten when I got the PC? infected email and all my email vanished. I only installed it after the bad email had erased everything - wondering if Norten would identify it as infected. It didn't. Lynn YOU WROTE: That's a known Norton bug, erasing the entire mailbox.
