[MacDV] Possible corrupt file?

Can anyone please send a reply if they think this problem is actually a
corrupt file in Final Cut Express? And if so, how to salvage the project?

I made a 4-minute movie that, until a week ago, I was able to export into
Quicktime. When I did that, a popup screen verified that FCE was
"processing audio and video files."

Now the movie seems to not be exporting at all... and then when I drag it
into iDVD, the file appears to be there (the name shows up) but there's
nothing in it but the opening screen.

I have trashed preferences, renamed the file, bought two Final Cut manuals,
searched online in six places... Am at a loss. Client is ready for me to
send out his DVD. Just give me something....
