Just a reminder for folks that have 10.2 or higher and don't want to buy
Toast if this is all they need it for.

Get DVD Imager:

http://lonestar.utsa.edu/llee/applescript/dvdimager.html

 and drag your VIDEO_TS folder onto the picture in its window. That will
make a disk image that can be burned using the burn image command either in
Disk Utility (Panther) or Disk Copy (Jaguar). Another advantage of using DVD
Imager is that you can mount the image that it creates and immediately play
the video in DVD Player - no navigating to the VIDEO_TS folder or anything.
