This is not a new or significant factor, Jim. Apple (Computer) is already in litigation with Apple (records) over the whole iTunes thing, since July of last year. The lawsuit will be resolved by Cupertino writing a big check to the Beatles, in due course. No big deal, the only question is when the lawyers agree on how much. The amount will be insignificant in terms of Apple turnover, a few tens of millions. Apple is currently trying to raise costs for the other side by getting the case moved to Northern California (from the UK)! If you want to be well-informed about what Apple is doing, read the form 10K http://phx.corporate-ir.net/phoenix.zhtml?c=107357&p=irol-index Peter
